WhatsApp Communications

When a customer communicates with Island Hub Realty Support through WhatsApp, information voluntarily provided during the conversation may be processed to respond to the enquiry and facilitate related real estate services.

This information may include the customer’s name, telephone number, messages, property preferences, budget information, viewing preferences, property screenshots, photographs and documents voluntarily submitted by the customer.

Information may also be processed through automated systems to maintain records, identify relevant property information, manage enquiries and determine when human follow-up is appropriate.

Google Services and Google User Data

Island Hub Realty Support uses authorized Google services, including Google Sheets and Google Drive, to support customer-service, property-management and administrative workflows.

Where authorized, Google services may be used to:

Record and maintain customer enquiries and communication records;
Maintain property information and related business records;
Record customer property preferences and viewing requests;
Maintain records required for customer follow-up;
Create, organize and retrieve authorized customer or property-related folders and files;
Store documents, photographs or images voluntarily submitted in connection with a property enquiry or related service; and

Access to Google services is limited to the permissions reasonably necessary to provide these functions.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or support the functionality described above and for associated legitimate business operations.

Island Hub Realty Support may use automated processing to understand customer enquiries, identify relevant property information, organize customer requests and determine when an enquiry should be referred for human follow-up.
